On Sunday, September 13 we opened the doors of our Edgefield showhome at 200 Edgefield Bay. After months of framing, finishing and staging, it was good to finally see people walking through it.
Thank you to everyone who came out, including Strathmore Mayor Pat Fule, who stopped by to see the home. It meant a lot to have so many people through the door on day one.
What the day looked like
People walked through at their own pace, and our team was on hand for questions about the plans, the lots left in Phase 3, and how quick possession timing works. There was face painting for the kids, prize draws including a 75-inch TV, and Aspen Living gift bags on the way out.
About the home
The showhome is built on our Sandy plan — about 2,100 square feet with a triple attached garage, a main-floor office, a spice kitchen behind the main kitchen, and a great room that opens to below. The open-to-below ceiling is the thing most people noticed first when they came in the front door.
If the Sandy is not the right size for you, it still gives you a good sense of how we build: the finishes, the ceiling heights, and the layout decisions that carry across all of our plans. Come and walk through it
The showhome is open Saturday and Sunday, 12 to 5, and on weekdays by appointment. It is at 200 Edgefield Bay in Strathmore, about 30 minutes east of Calgary on Highway 1. If you want to see a specific quick possession on the same visit, let us know ahead of time and we will have it open for you.
