For nearly two decades our family has built custom homes across Calgary, Chestermere and area under the Sunview Custom Homes name. Aspen Living carries that same craftsmanship into Strathmore — with homes designed and priced for the way this town lives.
We are local. The showhome, the sites and the decisions are all here in Strathmore. We're at the Canada Day picnic, we rode in the Stampede parade, and our site super knows your lot by name.

Every new home in Alberta carries the mandatory new home warranty: 1 year on materials and labour, 2 years on delivery and distribution systems, 5 on the building envelope and 10 on structure. After possession, warranty requests come straight to us.
Our showhome at 200 Edgefield Bay is open Saturday and Sunday 12–5 and weekdays by appointment, so you can see the finishes for yourself.

Today we build in Edgefield Phase 3 on the east side of Strathmore, with our showhome at 200 Edgefield Bay. We also built in Edgefield Phase 2, where our homeowners have lived for about three years. We also built estate homes with triple attached garages in Waterford Estates, Chestermere, which is now sold out. Our office is in Calgary at Bisma Centre, 110 Country Hills Landing NW.
Aspen Living is run by the same family as Sunview Custom Homes. Sunview builds custom homes around Calgary and Chestermere; Aspen Living is our Strathmore brand, with plans and pricing designed for Edgefield.
Duplexes start in the $400s, duplexes with a double attached garage in the $500s, and single-family homes in the $600s, or the $700s with a triple attached garage. Final pricing depends on the lot, plan and selections.
