On Thursday, August 20, a few weeks before the showhome opened to the public, we invited realtors to 200 Edgefield Bay for an evening walk-through.
From 5 to 8 pm agents toured the home, had a bite to eat, and talked with our team about the plans we build in Edgefield, the Phase 3 lots still open, and which quick possessions would be ready first. Thank you to everyone who came out on a weeknight.
Why we started with realtors
A lot of people looking at Strathmore start with an agent, often one based in Calgary who has not spent much time in Edgefield yet. We wanted those agents to see the finishes, the ceiling heights and the layouts in person, so they could tell their clients what they are actually getting.
For realtors
If you have clients looking at new homes in Strathmore, you are welcome to bring them through the showhome. Let us know ahead of time and we will have any quick possession open for the same visit. The Edgefield page has the Phase 3 lot map and the plans we build.
